perfect spot for city exploring and local dining experiences
I loved that this hotel was just a short walk away from Antonio Jose de Sucre Square, where I found myself surrounded by the vibrant energy of local life, and I appreciated the lovely restaurants nearby, like Pomodoro Rosso, where I enjoyed some delicious meals after a day of exploring.

The kitchen often has dirty dishes and leftover food just sitting around!!! The office usage fee is exorbitantly close to a dorm rate!!! The room swaps due to leaks and noisy streets could use some attention!!!

I enjoyed the spacious room in Socialtel. The bed felt gigantic and the shower had great hot water pressure. Breakfast options were delightful and the welcome drink was a nice touch that helped me meet some new people. I appreciated the convenient access to pharmacies and restaurants nearby. The water refill station was eco-friendly and saved me from buying plastic bottles. However, the check-in time was quite late at 3 PM and the shared kitchen lacked basic supplies. Additionally, I faced issues with the facilities being a bit worn out. The shared kitchen didn't have much, and the dining area was crowded. Also, when extending my stay, I was disappointed with the refund policy. I felt limited with credit that couldn't be applied to food, only merchandise. Parking could be an issue as well, for those who drive. While I did have good moments, these hiccups could use some attention.

Honestly, it was almost a decent stay. I just couldn’t ignore the shower that only fits a child, and the long wait to get basic toiletries for four people. I expected an upgrade for all the inconvenience, but clearly, that's too much to ask. The staff were generally ‘helpful,’ but it felt like they just wanted to push their overpriced bus tickets instead.

The twin room was spacious and clean, perfect for two, with comfortable beds and a surprisingly tidy bathroom. It’s a great place to relax after a day out. Enjoyed some nice lounging spaces too. However, the restaurant’s prices felt a bit steep for the quality offered.
